Fresh from series three of Gloss and one-off TV drama Mother Tongue, Craig Parker won fame on Shortland Street, as womanising Guy Warner. Guy sailed from Shortland in 1996, returning in 2007, hopelessly drug-addicted. In between, Parker played a doctor in Mercy Peak, and won a keen fan base for a bit part in Lord of the Rings. His latest TV roles are as the diplomat in James Griffin comedy Diplomatic Immunity, and a villainous general in sword and sandals show Spartacus.
I don’t think you can really define a career as successful until it’s over.
– Craig Parker
