David Harry Baldock established production company Ninox Television in 1988. The company's extensive roster of reality-based programmes includes high-rating Sensing Murder (which also plays in Australia), Location Location Location and award-winner Our People Our Century. Previously Baldock worked for two decades as a producer/director, and he  directed many Ninox programmes. Baldock left Ninox in 2009 to become Head of Television at production company Sauce.
