Designer and art director Lyn Bergquist has been involved in the screen industry since 1974, when he worked for TVNZ in Wellington on drama programmes and music shows. He moved to Auckland in 1979 to freelance on films and TV commercials. His feature credits include Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence, The Bounty, and Pallet on the Floor. Since 1985, Bergquist has specialised in commercials with his company Art Department Ltd.
