I'm absolutely astounded to see it's not here! I've just been through your film catalogue and you've got some absolute corkers there, including Ngati (our school went to the piccies in Taupo to see it) and The Leading Edge (dodgy dubbing but I it's a giggle). I've been looking for QCR for years but can only find it on VHS in the US! Ah well I live in hope there will be a Kiwi Movie Collection on DVD so I can buy some of these fantastic classic films to supplement my more modern collection (Sione's Wedding, Stickmen, Black Sheep).

We're definitely on to it - we'd love to feature QCR on the site. Great that it will be out on DVD soon

I do not want to go into details just yet, but I would recommend that you go to your local outlet of 'The Warehouse', not their website, and see if they have it. It has been seen in other outlets of 'The Warehouse'. If you find it, post your success here for others that may be interested.

We are working on getting a 10 minute excerpt of Queen City Rocker for the site - shouldn't be too much longer. And yes, I think there may be a DVD release in the offing...

Good news for you 'Queen City Rocker' fans, you can now make online purchases from Screenline of Auckland. I might point out that Screenline is also now selling dvd copies of 'Starlight Hotel'.
