I have been enjoying watching come dine with me (UK) and believe this would translate well to NZ.
Imagine the diverse cultures that could be showcased to reflect New Zealanders true identity...imagine the entertainment value in matching together some of our very diverse cultures. I believe not only would the programme deliver great entertainment but would also be layered with social commentary on what exactly it is to be a Kiwi...

I agree, I love "come dine with me". I've been enjoying both the UK and Australian programmes. My friends and family often think what our menu might be. I also share your opinion that the wonderful diversity in New Zealand would make good T.V.

Ditto!!! I love the show & wish it would come to New Zealand!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have just done a "come dine with me nz" with 4 friends over the course of a month. We had a fantastic time, trying & eating different food as well as having some great laughs. I (of course) won by 2 points but there was competition! I have some footage of the nights & would like to put onto U-Tube. I have posted photos up on Facebook of the individual nights & had great feedback! One of the contestants has since signed up for culinary school & starts this July!
