Opshop

Born in 2002 while singer/songwriter Jason Kerrison was playing acoustic gigs at an Auckland backpacker's bar, Opshop (original name Goldfish Shopping Trolley) found an audience after their debut single 'Saturated' won a contest for airplay on the ZM radio network. Album Second Hand Planet (2007) yielded 'Maybe' and Silver Scroll winner 'One Day', making them the first local band to reach number one on iTunes New Zealand. The band's third album Until the End of Time hit number one in 2010. After a decade, Kerrison called it quits. Since then he has recorded solo, judged on TV talent shows and triumphed on show The Masked Singer
