Brian Edwards is an Irish import who made a big impact on Kiwi current affairs. First seen on 1960s regional show Town and Around, he later helped launch consumer rights show Fair Go. In this ScreenTalk Short, Edwards discusses the joys of his first TV gig, being branded an "aggressive interviewer", helping solve a Post Office strike on Gallery, talking sodomy on Edwards on Saturday, "goodies and baddies" show Fair Go, feeling ill with stress with Edwards at Large, and how Kiwi current affairs deserves more airtime.
