Hori Ahipene has acted in both drama and comedy, as well as hosted a chat show while dressed as a woman. Ahipene began appearing in comedy shows Away Laughing, Skitz and The Semisis in the 1990s, although his first screen role was in drama Undercover. In this ScreenTalk Short, he expresses surprise at how his acting career has turned out, and talks about working with David Fane, paying tribute to his father in movie Jubilee, playing Aunty Beverley in chat show B&B, and loving the acrobatics in Maddigan’s Quest.
