ScreenTalk Short: Susan Wood

Interview – 2018

Susan Wood spent over two decades reporting, presenting, and newsreading for TVNZ. In this ScreenTalk Short, she talks about needing the "fine attributes of a thief" to be a TVNZ foreign correspondent, the terror of first filling in for Paul Holmes then rushing to take over when he left the network, the small team that made Midday News so good, her pride on interviewing ailing colleague Angela D’Audney for Today Live, and suing TVNZ over changes to her contract.

The full version of this interview was first uploaded on 5 January 2011.
