Kiwi Features at the 2016 Film Festival

Amidst the globespanning programme of the 2016 NZ International Film Festival, some Kiwi gems could be found (including three seasons of short films). As these trailers indicate, the local features included a movie based on Eleanor Catton's debut novel The Rehearsal, a crowdpleaser about classic song 'Poi E', and documentaries on surveillance (The 5th Eye), an epic Phil Keoghan cycle ride, and changes in New Zealand teaching methods (The HeART of the Matter).
