Bradford Haami is a television and film producer, director and scriptwriter as well as a prolific author, freelance journalist, researcher, lecturer and Māori historian. His passion for storytelling and expertise in Māori culture has seen him work on critically acclaimed television productions and act as a consultant to numerous local and international drama, documentary and feature films over the past two decades.
My interest in storytelling is primarily based on the 'power of the story' — whether in an oral form, a written form, a documentary or as a cinematic film – to convey a message that will stimulate conversation and ultimately transform hearts, minds and communities.
– Bradford Haami
