Ian Johnstone

The voice and face of Ian Johnstone are a familiar part of the New Zealand television landscape. Since the early 60s, his work as a reporter, presenter and producer has allowed him to document many key events from New Zealand television's first four decades.

The power of television is not to change us, but to throw light on things we might wish to change. It can let us see places where change may be needed, and hear from people who want it and those who don’t.
