Synopsis

Ten beauty pageant contestants think they are going on a photo shoot in the Australian outback, but they’re dumped in the tiny town of Burra and end up as players in a reality show to "find the ultimate Kiwi chick". With $100,000 at stake, they take on Mick Dundee-esque challenges and attempt to prove to the locals they’re more than a pretty face (faces include warring future-WAGs Casey Green, and model-singer-actress Jessie Gurunathan). Locals vote to oust a contestant each week; Gurunathan ultimately claimed the Burra ballot in the popular Touchdown show.

My reason for being here is to challenge myself and to strive to achieve my personal best. I've done things I've never dreamed of doing, ever in my whole life, and that's what it's all about for me.
