Favourite Body Parts

Television (Full Length Episode) – 2003

I think some of the nicest hands I see are the hands on worn out old men — you know the brick layers and the labourers. Their joints are arthritic and their hands are calloused and they've got scars and you touch them and yet they're still quite soft. Some people like old cars — I like old hands.
– Hand surgeon Dr John Masters on his love for worn out hands
I like that bulky build and I find it's a very masculine, sensual part of a man's body for me...
– Maria loves a good pair of thighs on a man
I don't think there's any such thing as a perfect bottom, but then I don't really think there's any such thing as a horrible bottom either. It's so different and it varies so much between people. I mean, line up a whole line of bottoms and look at the extremes you'll see. It's quite fantastic.
– Jenny marvels at the wide range of bottoms in the world
They are completely mysterious because they're mainly internal, they're mainly invisible, and you do only get to see them usually, if you know someone very, very, very well, which ultimately I think is a good thing.
– Artist Sandro on mysterious female genitalia
I don't really mind the colour or the look, yeah it's just dull eyes that they don't get me...
– Vincent looks for a sparkling pair of eyes
I don't think we live in a culture that really celebrates our bodies particularly in any sexual way. I think it's always 'keep it covered, keep it clean'. The more that you cover your body, the more that you almost kind of forget about it as well.
– Noa Noa on mainstream society's attitude to bodies
Ninety per cent of what we pick up is non verbal when we're in a conversation with somebody, and I mean I think somebody who gesticulates rather than having their hands down at the sides or crossed arms, even that tells you a lot about that person.
– Ceridwyn on the importance of body language
