Television, 2007

Five-part series ICE saw idiosyncratic TV host Marcus Lush (Off the Rails, South) heading still further south, while continuing his ratings-winning collaboration with production company Jam TV. The Qantas-nominated show saw Lush exploring the history, environment and wildlife of Antarctica. He also celebrated the many connections between the coldest continent and New Zealand — from historic trips by Robert Scott to continuing ties with Scott Base, where Lush spent Christmas with the community of long-term residents.
