When the album (which Tim had titled Second Thoughts) came out in the UK we received a fair splash of media in the rock press. That was pretty much it. Sales of the album were meagre. In the end, it seemed that the emphasis was more on how we looked. We had reached the pinnacle of made up faces, bizarre haircuts, [Noel] Crombie's costumes and so on. It seemed to me that the media through we'd gone overboard. I thought we'd gone overboard...
