Synopsis

The first single from the third and final Straitjacket Fits album features a typically oblique Shayne Carter lyric hinting at despair and defiance — and possibly at recriminations over the recent departure of founding Fits’ member Andrew Brough. The less than sunny lyrical content is set to lurching, spiralling, hard edged guitars — matched by a black and white video from director Andrew Dominik (Chopper, Assassination of Jesse James ...) which shrouds the band in shadows as they play in a recording studio. It was one of four promos Dominik made for them.
