I know I speak for everyone when I say I can't imagine what life is going to be like here without you being around.

You can not imagine how grateful I am for having had a wonderful 23 years here, working with amazing, amazing people. Thank you all for welcoming me into your living rooms every night, for putting up with the giggles on occasions, and the tears — and as you can see I'm shedding a few tonight already — and for the last time, good evening.
