A delight to watch. And wasn't Alistair Te Ariki Campbell an extraordinary man. I believe that as a child he spoke only Cook Island Maori, but after being orphaned and sent to New Zealand he learnt English, and clearly came to revel in the language and its use, hence his many volumes of poetry in English and also his excellent diction and poeticism on-the-fly while walking through Kapiti with a cameraman beside him. I wish I had met him.
