Jo Seagar's Easy Peasy Xmas - First Episode

On her continuing quest to help people delight their houseguests, Jo Seagar unveils her secrets for a perfect Christmas drinks party in this first episode of Jo Seagar’s Easy Peasy Xmas. She sets the stage for effortless entertaining, with a range of crowd-pleasing canapés, including tandoori egg sandwiches and homemade crostini with caviar, before moving on to mini toad in the hole and a spicy popcorn noodle mix. Punch is on the menu, then Christmas nut pies and toffee-coated strawberries provide the finishing touch for the night. The episode was the first of three; later Seagar did a one-off Easter special.
