From doctors to filmmakers to chefs, this series two episode of Namaste traverses a diverse range of Indian migrants living in Aotearoa. Beginning with skin doctor Sharad Paul, presenter Kadambari Raghukumar hears how the darker skin of the New Zealand Indian population provides extra protection from the country's harsh UV rays. Raghukumar also chats to filmmaker Shuchi Kothari about Indian representation on Kiwi screens, and the work of the Pan-Asian Screen Collective. Other features include a mouth-watering cooking segment and an interview with a journalist who worked for a Bollywood gossip magazine.
