Māori chef Anne Thorp heads back into the kitchen to prepare fresh, organic, local kai for the third season of Kai Ora. In each episode, Thorp welcomes special guests and friends – including musicians Tina Cross and Hinewehi Mohi, and actors Miriama Smith and Shavaughn Ruakere – to share delicious kai at her whare. Thorp’s menu includes plenty of kaimoana, succulent cuts of meat, and fresh fruit and vegetables. Her focus is on bringing people together, and creating simple, tasty dishes. The guests bring their stories, laughter and waiata to the table as they bask in Thorp’s manaakitanga. Check out the full episode guide here.
