Marei (aka Mareikura Nathan) channels her anger — riri in te reo Māori — into her empowering waiata 'Tahi Ka Riri', turning strong emotions into a positive force. Sung with bilingual te reo Māori and English lyrics, her vocals float over a chilled, flowing rhythm anchored by an electric guitar riff with a subtle rock edge. In the music video, Marei performs in a darkened studio while a projector casts alternating images of glowing red lava and deep blue waves across her and the empty room. Produced as part of series Waiata Anthems, the track transforms personal emotion into creative energy.
