Released in late 1988, Nobody Else was a light-hearted album that displayed the eclecticism of Morris’s craft. It mixed cover versions updated for the 1980s with Morris originals that showed his love of country music; a sincere country fan, his own efforts were always delivered with humour. The dominant personal statement of Nobody Else is mateship.
