Short Film (Full Length) – 2022

I’m flooded with gratitude for the award and the opportunities that lie ahead . . . I’m also humbled by all the people who have contacted me since to say how much the film resonated with them, and, coming out of [climate change conference] COP27, I can only hope Big Questions adds to the collective voices screaming at the powers that be for better change, faster.

[48Hours] is sort of a doorway for you to doing films . . . you get a little taste of it from 48Hours, you suddenly understand the joy that you get from creating something. Even if it’s not what some people might think is amazing, just the actual process of it you find rewarding. Because you only have two days to make the film, it’s a great leveller, anyone can catch up to people who are constantly in the studio making stuff. And I think the first time we realised that was back in 2006, and we were just teenagers...
