The North Pole Deception

Claymation mockumentary The North Pole Deception sets out to reveal the horrifying truth behind the gifts Santa delivers at Christmas. Elven factory labourers Trixie and Miette speak of the harsh conditions and low wages they endure, and the lack of union protection. Meanwhile Elf Liberation Front member Malcolm Xmas talks about how he was radicalised into fighting back, after being replaced for administering first aid. Factory owner W Hogspot disputes all allegations that anything untoward is going on. Director Joe Hitchcock (2015 movie Penny Black) was nominated for Best Director at festival Show Me Shorts.
