Auckward Love - Series One

Web (Full Length Episodes) – 2015

Episode One
Alice (Holly Shervey) is in the middle of a harrowing breakup with who she thought was the perfect boyfriend, Dan (Dean O’Gorman). Luckily, her peculiar mix of friends — the rambunctious drunk Vicky (Lucinda Hare), 'lady-lover' Zoe (Jess Sayer) and slightly scary hippie Grace (Jess Holly Bates) — try to lead her back to the land of love. 

Episode Two
Alice finds a match on dating app Tinder and agrees to a dinner date with a good looking stranger with abs. But before Alice can get to know her match, her friends are quick to jump in with advice. Unfortunately for Alice, Vicky says there are some personal grooming issues that need to be addressed at a shady wax salon.  

Episode Three
After being ghosted by a date, Vicky and Grace suggest Alice take matters into her own hands, and send him an intimate picture he can’t not respond to. In her haste, Alice accidentally sends the pictures to her boss Willard (Will Hall) instead of her Tinder match. But things only get worse when Willard replies back right away…  

Episode Four
Alice's co-worker Samuel (Zinnie Selwyn) unexpectedly shows up at her home to shoot his shot. Samuel takes Alice out on a date she wasn’t aware that she agreed to, and Mummys boy, Samuel skips a few steps on the first date and asks Alice a question typically reserved for those in an actual relationship, leaving Alice speechless. 

Episode Five
Alice is still reeling from her break-up with Dan, when she runs into his sprightly new girlfriend Felicity (Jessemey Bank). Jealousy hits hard, and Alice decides she needs to go on a diet to be more like Felicity. Vicky, Grace and Zoe all contribute their two cents as to which diet they think is best. 

Episode Six
The crew wakes up incredibly hungover the morning after a wild night. With only Grace spared from the chaos, the friends must piece together the puzzle of what happened the night before. Alice desperately tries to remember what happened with real estate agent Gus (Taylor Barrett), but she needn’t worry; her friends get it all on video.

Episode Seven
Alice is in a bizarrely cheery mood has Vicky and Grace puzzled. Alice shares the events of the night before: After what she thought was a successful one-night stand, it turns out Alice was not as gentle as she intended, resulting in Tinder date Curtis (Emmett Skilton) asking her to never text him again, with help from his friend Brian (Ben Barrington).

Episode Eight
A dress-up dance party calls for the crew to dress up as one another's childhood dreams. Everyone gets busy putting together their costumes, while Alice secretly organises a dance lesson with eccentric dance instructor, Matthew (Michael Probine) to prepare her for a great night on the dance floor with her four favourite people in the world.
