Real Pasifik is a roving celebration of Pacific Island food and culture. Inspired by chef Robert Oliver’s acclaimed cookbook Me’a Kai, this series follows Oliver as he travels across the Pacific to inspire resort chefs to showcase their own unique indigenous cuisine. Across this first series, they spear fish in the Cook Islands, meet leaders of the organic farming revolution in Samoa, learn about Fiji's multicultural cuisine, and prepare a feast fit for royalty in Tonga. In each episode Oliver connects the chefs to local food producers and traditional methods of cooking to elevate their menus. Check out the episode guide here.
