Jesse Mulligan

Jesse Mulligan got his start in radio after winning a stand-up comedy contest while studying law in his hometown of Hamilton. He went on to spend close to a decade with the More FM breakfast team before joining RNZ National's Afternoons show as host in 2015. Mulligan first stepped into television in 2009 as part of the writing and presenting team on comedy panel show 7 Days. He later appeared on comedy clip show Best Bits, spent a year as one of the original hosts of TVNZ’s primetime show Seven Sharp, and served as a host on Three’s current affairs and entertainment show The Project for its six-year run.
