Roimata Fox graduated from Auckland's South Seas Film and Television School in 2006 and has since become a fixture of the stage and screen industries of Aotearoa. Her television career began with series like the Whakaata Māori hit Find Me a Māori Bride, te reo soap Kōrero Mai, and appearances on Outrageous Fortune and Shortland Street. More recently, Fox's TV roles have included major productions, such as comic book adaption Cowboy Bebop, crime-drama A Remarkable Place to Die and queer comedy Bust Up — as well as films Waru, historical drama Muru and the Jason Momoa-led The Wrecking Crew.
