Let's Get Inventin'

Television, 2006–2013

This multi-awarded show provided a launch pad for young inventors. There's serious intent amid the mayhem, with practical science explained and patents sorted for some of the creations. Creator Luke Nola initially planned to host as one of the Goober Brothers, the fictional characters who had previously inspired many junior inventors on kids show What Now?. Let's Get Inventin' was seen in 150 countries, won an International Kids Emmy, and spawned two BBC versions. Contributors over seven seasons included engineer Chris Chitty (creator of animatronic sheep for movie Babe) and Sam Britten (son of motorcycle legend John Britten).
