Actor, director, writer and funny person Jackie van Beek first honed her storytelling skills in theatre. Since then she has acted in a variety of screen roles, and expanded into directing. In 2017 van Beek wrote and directed her first feature The Inland Road, then collaborated and starred with Madeleine Sami on hit comedy The Breaker Upperers.
