Highly prolific producer, director and executive Britta Hawkins first started working on film sets at just 18-years-old. After time in the sound and continuity departments, she began second unit directing on Xena: Warrior Princess and Young Hercules. Hawkins went on to direct hit shows like Shortland Street, Outrageous Fortune, and Go Girls, and produce Fresh Eggs, Dirty Laundry and documentary Escaping Utopia. As an executive, Hawkins has been a Content Commissioner at TVNZ, Scripted Development Executive for Warner Brothers Discovery, and Head of Scripted Development at South Pacific Pictures.
