From production manager to producer, Georgina Conder (née Allison) has an established résumé in the film industry. After work on short films and reality TV in the early 2000s, Conder was a line producer on Taika Waititi films Eagle vs Shark (2007) and Boy (2010). In 2018, she co-produced comedy hit The Breaker Upperers. She went on to co-produce generation-spanning drama Cousins, dark thriller Reunion and Canadian-Kiwi co-production Night Raiders (a nominee for Best Picture at the 2022 Canadian Screen Awards). A partner at company Miss Conception Films, Conder is devoted to bringing strong female characters to the screen.
