Her other career highlights include shows Coast and Moving Houses, award-winning documentary Six Angry Women, three years as Channel Manager at Sky TV’s Documentary Channel, and five seasons producing community celebration series Neighbourhood

Biography

As a child, Wellington-raised Samantha Blackley fell for Han Solo in Star Wars, and decided to chase a screen career. Her dream was that a film job might increase the chances of meeting Harrison Ford "from infinitesimal, to slightly less so".
