The Animal Files

Television, 2013

Reality show The Animal Files goes behind the scenes at New Zealand's only vet school: Massey University's Veterinary Teaching Hospital in Palmerston North. Students join experienced staff in treating a wide variety of animals, from family pets and farm dogs to more unusual and demanding cases, such as a Sumatran tiger needing a root canal and a hawk with a broken wing. Made by production company ScreenTime New Zealand, the 13-part series screened on Prime Television, starting in June 2013.
