At a community gym. seasoned international pro Dhcamad Armstrong wants to bring championship belts back to his hometown, and ex gang enforcer Dave finds discipline in the sport to help change old habits. Together the pair mentor a new generation through the guts of the game to find purpose, both in and out of the ring.
