King Dave (Jaxson Cook) takes Cole (Roshaniah Leo'o) with him through the portal to the Other Side. Terrible things could happen if she stays there too long since she's a mere human. To get her home, the at-odds Sunny (Jenny Mingxi Easton) and Leith (Linus Lloyd) need to find a way to work together. Once again, Leith's messy love life becomes embroiled in his magical pursuits when his crush Anthony (Zen Wilson-Travis) turns up. But could he actually be helpful? Little Apocalypse was made by a team of emerging filmmakers, and largely shot at the historic Truby King house in Wellington.
