Kiwi icon John Rowles performs live onstage at Wellington’s Michael Fowler Centre with guest artists Nick Hohepa and harmony specialists Musical Island Boys. Musical director Alan Slater leads musicians from the Wellington Sinfonia, with backing vocalists Taisha, Deborah-Leigh Ashton and Urshula Boon. The special features Rowles' signature hits, dance routines, costume changes, and gifts of roses to lucky fans. Hip hop is showcased alongside rock n roll on number "Land of a Thousand Dances', with an a cappella interlude before a capacity crowd of enthusiastic supporters. Check out the set list here.
