Maurice and I

In 1958 Christchurch architects Miles Warren and Maurice Mahoney began a long and illustrious partnership, designing some of New Zealand's most distinguished buildings and inspiring what became known as the 'Christchurch style'. Maurice and I examines their achievements, most notably the renowned Christchurch Town Hall. After the devastating 2011 earthquake the pair fought to save the iconic Town Hall from potential demolition.
