A breathless live action cartoon for adults and twisted children, Playing Possum follows two colourful bush critters as they chase each other along and around the length of State Highway 1, while battling over a choice piece of roadkill. Possum won the Grand Prix at the L'etrange Film Festival in France. Writer/director Peter Salmon went on to direct episodes of Outrageous Fortune, Go Girls, and Australian show Offspring; in 2007 his short film Fog was invited into International Critics’ Week at the Cannes Film Festival.
