Joyful, freewheeling, and sometimes boundary pushing, Havoc launched the television careers of hosts Mikey Havoc and Jeremy 'Newsboy' Wells (both from radio's 95bFM). The duo hit the road, satirised TV, played music videos, did interviews and generally mixed it up. Havoc debuted in a studio interview format on MTV, before hitting the road under various oddball titles for late night slots on TV2. Final, Newsboy-free season Havoc Presents Quality Time hit TV3 in 2004. The pair's 1999 Sell-Out Tour saw them dancing at Waihopai intelligence base and visiting Gore for episode 'Gay Man's Rock', which did not go down well with the locals.
