The second season of web series K Road Chronicles examines how the Covid-19 pandemic affected the homeless community. In this episode, volunteer worker Troy has his own experience of homelessness, now he helps others in need through Waka Of Caring, a drop-in centre in Manurewa that provides free supplies, advice and hot meals. He takes Six on a tour of the city, showing the places where he once slept, while Six also speaks with Waka Of Caring manager Debbie about how the service was set up.
