This episode is led by Invercargill born-and-bred Asha Dutt, a model turned lawyer who is also the wife of long-running mayor Tim Shadbolt. Dutt brings her own personal experience of growing up in the south with Indian heritage to the conversation. Samoan artist and sculptor Johnny Reuelu Penisula is heavily featured, with other topics including Brazilian barbecue and Colombian traditional costume.
