Veteran director and producer John Laing has worked in in New Zealand, Canada and England. His feature films include the Arthur Allan Thomas-inspired Beyond Reasonable Doubt, cross-cultural romance Other Halves and thriller Dangerous Orphans. Laing has also helmed episodes of many high profile TV series, including Dear Murderer Go Girls, Nothing Trivial, Street Legal, and Inside Straight, plus award-winning TV movie Abandoned.
