Commissioned after success in TV3's 2018 Comedy Pilot Week sitcom Golden Boy finds laughs in small town Kiwi characters and attitudes . Twenty-something Mitch has reluctantly returned home after studying in Auckland. She's stuck writing rejected copy for the Crawdon Chronicle and helping out in her family's dairy. Overshadowing everything is younger brother Tama (Boy's James Rolleston) an All Black star who can do no wrong in locals' eyes.
