It's a tough day for the phone reps at the Time Travel Centre. Charlie (Kate Simmonds) is adept at solving time zone problems for her clients, helping one jump from ancient Egypt back to present day Auckland. Cynical colleague Grant (Funny Girls' Chris Parker) is less patient. When Grant sends unhappy client Donna (Madeleine Sami) Charlie's way, a glitch hits the system. (Time) Travel Centre made it through to the final of the 2016 48Hours contest as Peter Jackson's wildcard entry, and became a rare wildcard to take the main prize. Writer/director Tom Sainsbury won the contest again in 2018 with Peptok.
