TVNZ series Namaste explores the Indian migrant experience in Aotearoa, and profiles significant members of the community. In this episode from season one, the focus is on arts and culture, with features on a theatre-maker, visual artist, chef and Sikh martial arts teacher. In one of the more significant profiles, New Zealand artist Tiffany Singh discusses her creative philosophy and new exhibit at the national museum Te Papa. As a bilingual show, presenters Kadambari Gladding and Aatiya Singh speak both English and Hindi.

I can feel the excitement of going back to India building already. I feel like I go there, and I'm really enabled to be my true self and be inspired again. To see how that translates back to a Western audience...I think that's really important — to keep walking between those two spaces, and find new ways of connecting them...
