First stop is a French café tantalising with its authentic treats, plus a grocer next door specialising in French wines. Burmese-born Yamin Tun shares how she is bringing migrant stories to the screen through her Unitec filmmaking course, while a Sudanese mother tells her tale of resilience after resettling in New Zealand from a refugee camp. Finally, Barbara and Amrit Patel's 42-year-long romance, beginning with an arranged marriage that led Amrit from India to NZ.
