In this excerpt from children's show Spot On, Dave Dobbyn chats to co-hosts Phil Keoghan and Amber Cunliffe about Right Age Rages, a series of gigs around New Zealand catering to underage audiences. Dobbyn's career was then at a major peak; following his platinum-selling Footrot Flats soundtrack, 1988 solo album Loyal contained the soon-to-be classic title track, and top 10 hit 'Love You Like I Should'. Dobbyn is a relaxed presence, sporting his trademark late 80s mullet. Included are shots of Dobbyn's band (and backup singer Margaret Urlich) entertaining energetic crowds in Christchurch with 'Be Mine Tonight'.
